Ambedkarite platform Updated today

Unify the Lit is an Ambedkarite platform for Dalit literature, archives & community in India.

We work to end caste conditioning, isolation and silence through Babasaheb Dr. Ambedkar's complete writings, mentorship and community, and documentation that outlasts memory.

Five languages. Open to anyone trying to understand caste in India.

You can read everything here without an account, and without telling us who you are.

Identify. Understand. Annihilate.

Babasaheb set the order. We continue the work.

Explore Babasaheb Dr. B.R. Ambedkar's literature, report discrimination, connect with mentors, and test caste conditioning. Four ways to begin:

  1. 01Take the testTwenty questions, ten minutes. Your result stays yours.
  2. 02Read Dr. Ambedkar directlyEvery volume, searchable to the page.
  3. 03Talk to someoneMentors from the community, not a service desk.
  4. 04Put it on recordWrite it down while it is still clear.

Caste Discrimination Incident Registry

Document caste discrimination. Put it on public record.

Most caste incidents in institutions and workplaces are never recorded, remaining private trauma instead of visible evidence. Filing here creates a documented record without requiring court confrontation.

  • Our legal team reviews every case that is filed.
  • You can edit your report at any time.
  • You can delete it at any time, and it is gone.

What one filed case becomes

  • A pattern researchers can count, instead of one more story nobody logged.
  • A record journalists and human rights groups can cite by name and place.
  • A warning the next generation gets early, rather than the hard way.
How reporting works

Upper caste privileges stand on borrowed time as systemic legal reckonings close in, brutally exposed by the documented caste-based offenses of an IIMK Alumni Association member. This documentation details how elite privilege weaponizes digital administrative channels to enforce untouchability, exposing nine verified cases of structural exclusion under the searing lens of the SC/ST Act and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita

Dear Dalits, You were never meant to live behind a mask created by a system that denied your dignity, erased your history, and treated you as less than human. The struggle for true freedom is not over. Break the silence. Reject the identities imposed upon you. Reclaim your history, your dignity, your voice, and your right to live as equals. Our independence is incomplete until caste oppression ends. Our struggle for independence has just started. Jai Bhim! 💙Dear Dalits, You were never meant to live behind a mask created by a system that denied your dignity, erased your history, and treated you as less than human. On my first day at IIM Kozhikode, I was told the alumni network was the real asset the thing I was paying for, as much as the degree itself. I'm Dalit. I paid the same fees as everyone else for that asset. No concession on the price of belonging. Then a professor Prof. Mathew told me to read Babasaheb Ambedkar. He helped me understand what three words actually mean: Educate. Agitate. Organise. So I did. I educated myself. I shared ideas and product opinions. I named caste where I saw it. And the same alumni network the asset I had paid for - removed me from more than ten groups for it. Sit with that contradiction. An institution that puts Ambedkar on its reading list, and an alumni body that excommunicates anyone who lives by him. The classroom teaches Educate, Agitate, Organise. The network punishes all three. That is not a discipline problem. It is an education problem. Something is wrong with how IIMK teaches its students to carry caste - not in theory, but in the room. So instead of going quiet, we built a fix. The Organisational Caste Consciousness Score (OCCS) measures how caste-conscious an institution truly is across its People, its Policy, and its Practice. Today, IIM Kozhikode's Mirror Score, drawn from publicly reported experiences, stands at 8 out of 100. An 8 is not a verdict. It is a baseline. And it is free to improve. To IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Lucknow, Indore, Shillong and to my own IIM Kozhikode: measure yourselves. Adopt the OCCS. It costs nothing. Become the institution that teaches Ambedkar and then actually lives him. Measure. Improve. Lead. From silence to strategy. Interesting Article: https://caravanmagazine.in/history/how-the-dalit-panthers-forced-the-rss-into-changing-its-language-on-caste The RSS didn’t “evolve” on caste. It was forced to change its language. A Caravan report revisits a powerful history: when Dalit Panthers rose in the 1970s with unapologetic anti-caste assertion, the Sangh could no longer publicly defend caste in the old way. So the language shifted: from defending varna to talking about “social harmony.” But the question remains: If the structure of caste stays intact, what does “harmony” really mean? The Panthers showed us something important: power doesn’t give up its language until resistance makes the old language costly. Read history carefully. Sometimes “inclusion” is not transformation. Sometimes it is just a new mask on the same hierarchy. What do you think did the Sangh change its ideology, or only its vocabulary? #JaiBhim #DalitPanthers #Ambedkarite #Caste #SocialJustice #UnifyTheLit #BhimBoardInteresting Article: https://caravanmagazine.in/history/how-the-dalit-panthers-forced-the-rss-into-changing-its-language-on-caste The RSS didn’t “evolve” on caste.
