In a world where many people still face barriers and discrimination, having a platform like this is incredibly valuable. It gives individuals a place to voice their concerns, learn from others' experiences, and seek guidance from professionals who have successfully navigated similar challenges. The focus on awareness, support, and mentorship creates a powerful ecosystem for personal and community growth. Congratulations to the team for building something with such purpose and relevance.

I would like to sincerely thank the team behind this platform for creating such a meaningful initiative. It is rare to find a space that not only spreads awareness about Dr. B. R. Ambedkar's vision and the realities of discrimination but also provides practical support through mentoring, networking, and community engagement. Bringing together experienced professionals and individuals seeking guidance can create opportunities that have a lasting impact on people's lives. Wishing this platform continued growth and success.

One of Dr. Ambedkar's concerns was that some people, after becoming educated and successful, would focus only on their own advancement and forget their responsibility toward society. Seeing a community like UnifyTheLit actively working to spread awareness, mentor young people, and support those facing discrimination feels like the opposite of that. It is encouraging to see educated professionals coming together not just to succeed individually, but to help others rise as well. This is the kind of community-driven impact that I believe Dr. Ambedkar envisioned. Wishing the platform continued success and growth.

A CCI score of 100 as a non-Dalit is a remarkable thing to watch. It shows that the gap in understanding and empathy between Dalits and "the-lits" allies can indeed be reduced to zero. Thank you for setting an example. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’™

Thank you, sir. Your support means a lot to me. As someone who completed PGDM from IIM Kozhikode in the late 1990s and has decades of experience behind you, your encouragement carries special weight. I'm genuinely grateful for your guidance and trust. For all, If a guy from 90s batch has decided to read Dr. Ambedkar, why shouldn't we do it today?

Insensitivity to My Challenges and Transactional Exploitation by IIMK Faculty (Marketing Management) This faculty member is requesting remedial support from a student they previously graded poorly, despite receiving a substantial salary and high tuition fees (which are levied equally on Dalit students). The institution is obligated to provide equitable support to marginalized studentsโ€”those who have been historically and systematically disadvantaged by entrenched caste hierarchies and socio-religious monopolies on knowledge. Instead, the professor claims a need for self-improvement and expects content and assistance from a student. Did stakeholders pay for such unqualified faculty? If the instructor does not offer an immediate apology, they should be removed from their position. The underlying issue is the institutional assumption that Dalit students will permanently buckle under the financial pressure of student loans. It took seven years to realize that this flawed system requires a counter-systemโ€”such as Unify the Litโ€”to openly challenge caste-based pride and the biased, nepotistic networks of upper-caste leadership that hinder the nation's potential. Is there an established legal or administrative process to demand a tuition refund from IIMK based on a failure to deliver adequate educational services? I urge everyone to review this grievance. It exposes the institutional weaknesses of our education system, which we are ironically attempting to export globally. The most concerning aspect is how corporate marketing strategies exploit marginalized demographics. Data-driven marketing recognizes the vulnerabilities of marginalized communities, who are often disproportionately affected by systemic stressors, and leverages hyper-sexualized or idealized consumer imagery to drive sales.

"On a more serious note, the biases are real and I can see it in our corporates and workplaces everywhere. The skin colour, religion, surname, and of course, caste still more or less decide your career progression. I will do a detailed read of Babasaheb's Annihilation of Caste." - Anonymous on 29th May 2026 Thank you for deciding to read Dr. Ambedkar. ๐Ÿ’™

Caste, and caste-based discrimination, are not just Indian issues. They are experienced throughout the world, from Britain to Bahrain, Canada to South Africa. This is a global phenomenon, demanding global solutions. Leading scholar Suraj Milind Yengde shines a light on the Dalit experience internationally, from indentured labourers in the nineteenth-century Caribbean to present-day migrant workers in the Middle East. Combining history, ethnography and archival research, he offers a compelling, comparative approach to caste and race from ancient times to today. What have been the impacts of colonialism, religion and nationalism on caste-based hierarchies worldwide? What can we learn from caste-related movements in India and internationally? Why hasnโ€™t the South Asian diaspora embraced the anti-caste struggles of the homeland? And what are the limits of Dalitโ€“Black solidarity? Exploring the global footprint of the anti-caste struggleโ€•from its links with Black Lives Matter to the work of international Ambedkarite organisationsโ€•this is a powerful analysis of world politics from the perspective of one of the most oppressed communities on Earth. Asking probing questions about the nature of inequality, Yengde issues an energetic call for a cosmopolitan Dalit universalism, as a vital part of todayโ€™s fight for social justice and equality.

Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar used to visit Bhima Koregaon every year on 1st January to pay homage to the untouchable soldiers and to exhort Dalits to show similar courage and determination to end brahminism from the entire country.

Jai Bhim ๐Ÿ’™ Here's The First Light on Bhim Board ๐Ÿ’™ By Unify the Lit This is not just a wall. This is our collective voice. From every lane, every classroom, every home where dreams were once silenced - now rises a chorus. A chorus that says: We are here. We are proud. We will write our own history. On Bhim Board, every word, every photo, every thought you share becomes part of a living archive - of courage, dignity, and Ambedkarite consciousness. Let this be a space where knowledge replaces noise, empathy replaces ego, and unity replaces isolation. Because when we write together, we unify the lit. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Jai Bhim ๐Ÿ’™ #UnifyTheLit #BhimBoard #JaiBhim #DalitVoices #Ambedkarite #EducateAgitateOrganize
