An alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Science, where he completed his Master’s in Product Design & Manufacturing, Manivarma blends deep technical understanding with a strong sense of empathy and creativity. His journey spans industrial design, digital product design, and storytelling giving him a rare ability to connect ideas, people, and possibilities.
He has held key roles at organizations like 3M, Obvious, Protonn, and now a major travel fintech brand, where he contributes to building products loved by millions. His work ranges from physical products and ergonomics to intuitive digital systems and powerful narrative frameworks.
As a Mentor, Mani Varma focuses on helping young people unlock their creative potential, think clearly, and express their ideas with confidence. He believes design is not just a skill but it’s a lens to understand the world and shape meaningful change.
