Jignesh Rathod

Jignesh brings 11 years of product leadership across BFSI, Telecom, and enterprise tech from ICICI Bank and Amdocs to McLaren Strategic Solutions. An IIM Kozhikode alumnus with an MPhil in Development Economics, he sits at a rare intersection of product intuition, financial depth, and doctoral rigour.

But what makes Jignesh a standout mentor isn't just the résumé. He found Unify the Lit through a college product management group and called it serendipitous. He knows firsthand what it means to navigate institutions as a first-generation Dalit professional: the calculus of when to be visible, when to hold back, and the quiet weight of both choices. Educated in vernacular medium, married across caste boundaries (in court, of course), and shaped by everything in between he has lived the complexity that many mentees are still figuring out.
